Canon Camera models currently supported by Cam Linker: M6 Mark II, M6, M5, M3, M200, M100, M50, M10, R, RP, 6D Mark II, 6D, 5D Mark IV, 90D, 80D, 70D, 800D, 760D , 750D, 250D, 200D, 4000D, 3000D, 2000D, 1500D, 1300D, Kiss X10, Kiss X9i, Kiss X9, Kiss X8i, Rebel T100, Rebel T7i, Rebel T7, Rebel T6i, Rebel T6s, Rebel T6, Rebel SL3, Rebel SL2.
The first connection will be troublesome and requires 4 steps, and the subsequent connection will be very simple and only need 2 steps.
Before using, please make sure that Cam Linker has wireless data, geographic location, local network, and system album access permissions.
Turn on the camera's Wi-Fi function, which can be activated through the Wi-Fi button on the camera body. It can also be accessed through the [Wireless Communication Settings] Menu. and turn to the second page. Enter [the interface shown in Figure 1].
Click [Connect to Smartphone] Menu to enter [the interface shown in Figure 2].
Click [Register a device for connection] menu, and then select [Do not display] menu in the next interface to enter the [interface shown in Figure 3].
Click [Add a new camera] button in the APP, enter the Wi-Fi name and password.
See the [interface shown in Figure 3] for the Wi-Fi name and password (such as ysl-066_Canon0A). Pay attention to capitalization, underline and underline, please do not make mistakes.
Click the [Connect to the camera you added] button in the APP.
If the network connection fails all the time, you can try to repeat steps 1-3.
The [interface shown in Figure 4] will appear in the camera, click the [OK] button to confirm the authorization. Then it should be fine.
If there is a problem with the connection, such as being connected all the time. You can restart the camera and restart the APP (kill it and open it again), then try again.

Enter the [Interface shown in Figure 5], select and click [Cam Linker].
Click the [Connect to the camera you added] button in the APP.
If there is a problem with the connection, such as being connected all the time. You can restart the camera and restart the APP (kill it and open it again), then try again.
Check whether the camera is in the list of supported camera models.
Check whether the camera Wi-Fi transfer function is turned on.
Check whether the camera has completed the authorization of the APP. For the specific steps, see: Use steps (first time).
Check whether the Wi-Fi ssid and password configured in the APP is correct.
Check whether the APP has access wireless data, local network permission, and geographic location permission.
If the above can't solve it, you can restart the camera and restart the APP (kill it and open it again) and try again. You can also submit relevant information in APP-Settings-Feedback, and we will investigate and solve it.
It shows that the download is successful but cannot be found in the system album. Please check whether the Cam Linker APP has permission to access the system album.
About RAW: Due to the special RAW format of Canon cameras, it cannot be saved to the iPhone's photo album. Therefore, photos in RAW format cannot be displayed and downloaded in the APP. It is recommended to use the JPG+RAW mode to take pictures, so that the JPG format photos can be transferred using the APP, and the RAW format photos are also stored in the card, which is convenient for subsequent editing by the computer.
Reinstall: After reinstalling the App, if the connection fails, you need to reconfigure it again according to the steps of the first use.
